Education Perfect Implementation Expert (English)
Are you ready to join a world-class team that's taking teaching and learning into the 21st century?
With the fantastic uptake of Education Perfect English, we are now taking applications of interest to join our Teacher Implementation Team.
Education Perfect is an exciting learning platform used by 300,000 students from 1,000 schools. One of the unique points of our organisation is the world class ongoing personal service we provide for schools.
Applicants need to have had extensive experience in the classroom, use and love Education Perfect, integrate digital learning effectively in their teaching, and are driven by a desire to have a really positive impact on teachers and students around Australia. They would be working directly with 8 teachers that have already joined the team to provide professional development to schools on how to implement Education Perfect in their teaching and learning.
Implementation Experts are responsible for a portfolio of between 100-200 paying departments on Education Perfect. Each Implementation Expert has one or multiple subject areas in which they specialise, and will service departments largely from that subject area. You need to be passionate about Education, experienced with Education Perfect/Language Perfect, and genuinely interested in helping schools successfully implement Education Perfect in their classrooms. Flexibility and the ability to work independently as part of a team are vital.
As an English teacher, you will also play a pivotal role in shaping ongoing content development. This will mean working with the Head of English and content team to ensure the program is providing students with the highest-quality lessons.
Ensuring your product and industry knowledge is up-to-date, and communicated clearly at all times. Candidates will ideally be located in Sydney or Melbourne, however we are open to talking to talented individuals who want to work from home and prepared to travel on a regular basis. As regular face to face time with departments is key to the success of this role, it’s important that you’re available to be providing in-service with teachers from Monday - Friday.
Working hours around 45-50 hours a week, with slightly flexible hours based on when PD sessions are taking place (these can often be before or after school). We also regularly attend conferences and teach-meets which sometimes require longer hours, along with travel time to and from the events.
Performance will be measured on:

Meet some of the Teachers on our Implementation Team:
"As a teacher, I love working for Education Perfect. The ability to utilise my passion for education, and in particular for Language studies, to help thousands of students and teachers every single day is wonderful. The work is fast-paced but always interesting and we know we’re making a difference every single time we interact with a school - which is hugely motivating. I’ve been out of the classroom for 18 months now and haven’t looked back. Education Perfect allows me to connect with many of the things I love about education in a positive and inspiring way. Trudi Wigg."
